RuneSCape Starting

RuneScape is a massively multiplayer role-playing game online or MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game in English) marketed by Jagex, and implemented in Java. There are more than 15 million active free accounts, and were created more than 136 million accounts. RuneScape was created by Andrew Gower, the creator of DeviousMUD, RuneScape predecessor in 1998. Once rewritten and renamed, the first version of RuneScape was released to the public on 4 January 2001 in beta. You have the option to play for free and payment option. The game interface is simple and can be accessed from most browsers.

RuneScape takes place in a fantasy world called Gielinor, which is divided into several kingdoms, regions and cities. Players can travel through Gielinor walk through teleportation spells and other mechanisms. Each region offers different types of monsters, resources and adventures that challenge players. Unlike many MMORPG, not a linear story that must be followed. The players on the screen are customizable avatars with their own goals and objectives. Players can battle against monsters as well against other players, complete adventures ( “quests”), to increase their experience in each of the skills ( “skills”), or get gold and physical goals. Players can interact with each other through trade, chatting or playing mini-games (combat or cooperative).
